Four students from NWHC have just gained their Advanced Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering. Conrad Hackett, Joe Brown, Rhys Bennett and Matthew Jee completed their programme with the College and Lanemark Combustion Engineering Ltd. In Nuneaton.

Conrad, Joe and Rhys are based in the production facility and Matthew has just become Lanemark’s first Service Engineer to have completed an Apprenticeship.

As a token of appreciation for their hard work, Lanemark directors Alan Thompson, Paul Collier and Jeff Foster presented the apprentices with a voucher for a performance car driving experience at Mallory Park.

Each apprentice will get the chance to drive five super cars around the Leicestershire race track, they will then be placed in a high performance car and the instructor will then give them a high speed passenger ride!

Here at the College, we offer a great range of Apprenticeships in a wide range of areas including Engineering, Motor Vehicle and Fork Lift Truck.
