Rachel enjoyed a career in travel retail with Thomas Cook in Leicester where she became a customer services manager. She also completed her cabin crew training. Amongst her successes was her involvement in a charity project building clean-water springs for villages in Uganda.

Rachel studied a full degree in Travel and Tourism Management at Nottingham Trent University. She later completed a post graduate certificate in education at the University of Bedfordshire. Rachel specialises in marketing with key strengths in campaign and event management.

Rachel has been involved with the University of Leicester’s ‘Entrepreneur of the Future’ competition for several years with college students taking one of the top three places in each of the last three years.
