North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College (NWSLC) has become one of only 17 per cent of accredited organisations to have achieved gold status from Investors in People which supports around 15,000 companies across 75 countries worldwide.

NWSLC employs over 700 people, including 200 teaching staff across six campuses and supports around 12,000 students in full and part-time study, apprenticeships, higher education, professional courses, and distance learning.

NWSLC commenced the re-assessment process in February 2021 and has undergone a rigorous assessment against the Investors in People framework, which reflects the very latest workplace trends to help organisations achieve high performance through people.  Achieving this accreditation indicates the college’s ongoing commitment to good business and people management excellence.
