CSCS and Fork Lift Truck are offered on their own for a cost or are available for free when alongside employability skills for those that are unemployed.
We have two specialist options for Forklift Truck training or CSCS training to be completed alongside Employability Skills. These are fully funded to those that are unemployed and each course lasts around two weeks.
The Counterbalance Lift Truck operator training course will give you the skills to operate a counterbalance truck safely and efficiently and you will improve your employability skills. On successful completion of both courses, you will gain recognised accredited certificates in FLT Counterbalance and Employability Skills.
Available at our Harrowbrook Campus in Hinckley, 9:30am – 4pm Monday – Friday for FLT training and at our Nuneaton Campus 9:30am – 3pm Monday – Thursday for Employability skills.
Course cost (not alongside employability skills):
If you require a CSCS card to get a labouring job but don’t have the required qualification and need practice to pass the CITB test, then this course is for you. You will complete the Health, Safety and Environment test and improve your employability skills. On successful completion of the test you will receive a print out which states you passed and your CITB registration number. With this, we can apply for your CSCS card. You will also gain an accredited certificate in Employability Skills.
Available at the Nuneaton Campus, 9:30am – 3pm Monday – Wednesday with two half days on Thursday and Friday for the CSCS card training and test and 9:30am – 3pm Monday – Thursday for Employability skills.
