Employer Engagement Advisors
‘Our team of Employer Engagement Advisors (EEA) are subject specialists that provide a business solutions service to support local and national businesses by providing bespoke training solutions. This can be by offering a recruitment service to fill apprenticeship vacancies or to discuss opportunities for employers to upskill and develop their existing workforce through apprenticeships, distance learning, short courses or vocational training.’
‘The EEA’s also provide advice on funding and support levy and non-levy paying customers to make sure they are aware of financial support and grants available. EEA’s attend events and employer forums to promote our training offer to business in the local community.’
Digital Skills Academy
The Digital Skills Academy is designed to provide West Midlands businesses with talented individuals who can succeed in business-critical specialist IT roles.
