NWSLC needs your vote! Amara Student Interior Designer of the Year

Level 3 Extended Diploma student, Georgia Fidler, has been shortlisted for the Amara Student Interior Designer of the Year Award and your vote can make all the difference!

Each year, Amara, a luxury international online store, run a competition to crown the winning contestant the Amara Student Interior Designer of the Year.

Each entrant is given a brief and this year the contestants were asked to design an entire home for a vibrant individual who has just purchased 2 x 40ft High Cube shipping containers to build it with.

They were given a budget and were asked to produce a Mood Board, budget spend sheet and a write-up explaining their planning process.

Out of hundreds of entries, Georgia Fidler was delighted to be selected to reach the final 10, and is in for a chance to win a £3,000 scholarship as well as having her entry judged by the BBC’s Daniel Hopwood.

Fiona Rollings, Level 3 Course Leader at NWSLC said, ‘’It is excellent to have a student in the final 10 of the Amara Student Interior Design award, this is a great opportunity for students to kick-start their career in the Interior Design Industry’’
