The unexpected challenges of the coronavirus pandemic have led many people to seek help in navigating their way through life, benefiting from support and practical help to manage their personal wellbeing. Online counselling alone saw a rise of 124 per cent during 2020. Many people have decided to pursue a career in counselling, driven by a desire to support others as they work through life’s demands, opportunities, and setbacks.

Counsellors work in a variety of settings, sometimes as part of a larger mixed-discipline centre, in schools and educational settings, in person and over the phone, in doctor’s surgeries, prisons, workplaces and specialist support centres.

All our counselling courses are accredited by CPCAB and our tutors work within the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy or its equivalent.
