FOUNDATION DEGREE IN EARLY CHILDHOOD

About

This course is ideal for those with related experience and those working
regularly with children from birth to 7 years. The Foundation Degree is aimed
at those who wish to combine study with work commitments. It provides an
opportunity to develop a range of professional, academic and key skills, which
will be of value in early years settings.

The course is taught on a flexible part-time basis and it is a recognised pathway towards certificated professional status. The final qualification is awarded by The University of Warwick.

Please note that £4620 is the cost for both year 1 and year 2. Year 3 will cost £1540 per 30 Credit Module.

Entry Requirements

NVQ Level 3 or prior academic/vocational study and experience is an advantage; GCSE grade C in English and maths is an advantage.

Next Steps

Once you complete the foundation course, you have the option to top-up to a BA (Hons) which is taught at the University of Warwick.
