Accredited by the Chartered Institute of Marketing this course is ideal for those who are working in marketing and looking to progress their career. The course focuses on the many different ways of communicating with customers, both inside and outside the organisation, the importance of communications planning in delivering marketing solutions and the concept of product and brand management. It outlines the components of the marketing communications mix and enables understanding of integrated marketing communications (IMC) planning.

This module can be taken on its own, however, in order to gain the full Certificate in Professional Marketing, you will need to complete three modules: Award in Marketing, Award in Integrated Communication and the Award in Digital Marketing.
