Personal Training Part Time


Ideal if you want to become a Personal Trainer in a gym, health club, or on a self-employed basis.
You will be expected to be on campus for around 8 hours per week for training.


  • Anatomy and physiology, health, safety and welfare
  • How to programme safe and effective exercise for a range of clients
  • How to communicate with clients effectively
  • How to apply the principles of nutrition to support client goals
  • How to design, manage and adapt a personal training programme
  • How to deliver exercise and physical activity

Entry Requirements

Relevant experiance or a Level 2 qualification in Fitness Instructing.
