About

You will learn the basic woodworking techniques, skills and terminology used by a Carpenter. This introduction will give you the confidence to take your first steps into a career in Joinery.

  • Contributing to the Workplace

Entry Requirements

GCSE grades of 3 or above in English and maths or equivalent.

Equipment

Stationery equipment and Personal Protective Equipment to include a high-vis vest, safety boots/shoes and recommended textbooks.

Share Course

Successful completion of the course will lead to the Diploma Level 2 Carpentry. If working in industry and meeting set criteria, NVQ Level 2 carpentry.
