Facilities Hire

NWSLC regularly host successful Breakfast Meetings for employers and hires rooms to both large organisations and local community groups. Located in the heart of Warwickshire and Leicestershire, our federation of two highly successful colleges offers venue hire facilities that go beyond your expectations.

We have three campuses in Hinckley, Nuneaton and Wigston with purpose-built training facilities that are available for hire. Whether you’re a business looking for a meeting or conference room, a drama group looking to hire a theatre or a sports instructor who needs a fitness suite – our excellent facilities are available for everyone.

We pride ourselves in providing all our clients with outstanding facilities and high standards of service at competitive rates. To ensure that your event is a great success our delegate packages provide essential support in all the key areas:

  • Information Technology (IT) Support
  • Catering
  • Secure Car Parking

Our campuses feature many state-of-the-art facilities available for hire. Our team will help organise conferences, meetings or corporate events and our in-house catering service, Aramark Catering can provide fresh, delicious food for guests.

Day Delegate Rate

Our Day Delegate rate is an option available for a number of our rooms and includes:

  • Room hire
  • Use of AV and IT equipment
  • Flip chart and pens
  • Tea/coffee and water on arrival
  • Tea/coffee and water mid-morning
  • Tea/coffee and water mid-afternoon
  • Choice of sandwich, finger or fork buffet, includes fresh fruit, crisps and juice/water
