Sydney currently works as a Learning Support Coach at North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College and also teaches maths. His managers at the College advised him that teaching would be a great route for him. He is now completing his IT qualification so he can progress his career and teach IT at Levels 1,2 and 3.
