Supported Internship at Hawksmoor Boarding Kennels

Lauren has been working at Hawksmoor since October 2017, and helped out every Friday, school holidays and during busy times whilst she was on the Lifeworks programme at the College.

During her time on the programme, Lauren said: “I enjoy walking and playing with the dogs, cleaning and working with everyone. My favourite dogs are Labradors, I have two at home. I’d like to work at Hawksmoor Boarding Kennels when I finish college.”

“I enjoy college and getting to see my friends.”

Lauren completed her course and her placement turned into full-time employment.
